The
2010 java sport has just
arrived with a much improved exhaust
and engine design over the previous
java sport. The java sport now has an aluminium
exhaust system
which is light and will not corrode - this is a major plus over other
scooters with their old steel exhaust systems. The 2010 java also has
the latest generation GY6
engine which produces 15% more power than
the 2009 java sport.
The
java sport has the same features as the java 150cc but has the bigger
170cc engine providing up to 20% more power. The 170 sport engine also
includes
an advanced oil cooler which
will keep the performance engine cool during long
runs. The
extra power will help when lifting a passenger or to give you the
extra
acceleration to outrun traffic. The large 13” wheels have extra wide
tyres for
excellent handling. The java sport is for those who want more than just
a
scooting experience, they want the power and presence to go with it. There is storage space under the seat and
there is a
handy lockable glove compartment in the front of the bike. The java also has
a strong rear carrier for parcels and a top-box can be fitted to this
carrier.
